Thank you for partnering with DistrictWON ("DW") and The U.S. Army.
Your school will receive $750 from DW for a U.S. Army Appreciation Night Event.
What your SCHOOL is required to execute for this one (1) time event:
- Accommodation of one (1) U.S. Army on-site at a football event. Please provide a high traffic area for the on-site, approximately 10′ x 10′. with a table and at least two (2) chairs. In the form below, please provide two (2) possible home football event dates and times that would work for this event. The date of this event MUST take place during the current football season.
- Provide an opportunity for a U.S. Army representative to address the football team during a practice to discuss leadership.
- Social media posts from school athletic account: two (2) posts to help promote the event. Please provide your school’s primary athletic account’s social media handle in the form below.
- PA announcement read during the event.
DW’s goal is to make this as much of a turnkey event as possible for your school. In that respect, we provide everything to your school at no cost (PA copy, social media copy, and we work with you directly to facilitate the on-sites).
DW will require pictures of the on-site display during the event for compliance.

For every aspect of this program, including all creative aspects and content, your school retains all approval rights. Any renewal of this agreement, with the same or differing elements, must be operated through DW.
This is intended to be impactful (and fun!) for the entire community. In that spirit, we agree to work cooperatively to make it a great success!
